Prices are based on the standard materials chosen by the builder. The customer will have choices of standard and/or upgrade materials. According to the materials chosen, each house will be individually priced for each customer. Prices are subject to change due to the availability of materials: substitution and modification will apply without notice.

An HST rebate will be calculated at time of closure. All models have air conditioning, HRV, paved laneway and sodded front yards.
