Sean, Sandy, Cynda,

We want to thank you for your help and ideas with the decision and planning of the house you built for us. It is the only house we have ever had built. We were uncomfortable with all the choices that needed to be made regarding lighting, plumbing fixtures, floor tile, etc. With your help it was easy and we are happy with the final result.

Some of our acquaintances who have built homes told us of difficulties when requesting modifications to the original plans. You have been helpful and agreeable to any changes that we asked for.

Your suggestions for the laundry door between the bedroom and laundry room, fireplace, and patio design make the house more attractive and functional.

We are happy with the whole experience and want you to know how much we appreciate your assistance and attention to detail.

• McAdoo's designer/architect designed a house for us from scratch that exceeded our expectations and met all our needs.
• Many of the site workers and trades have worked with McAdoo for years, and their commitment and competence was a major benefit.
• Our build was a 6 month project and we moved in within 2 weeks of the target date.
• The quality of finish is superior – we previously had a custom home built and our McAdoo house is significantly better.
• Technology in the design, construction, and plumbing and HVAC is definitely current .
• Allowances for plumbing fixtures and hardware, flooring, windows, doors and exterior surfaces (shingles and walls) are all highly satisfactory.
• All office staff and workers/ trades on site were very polite, helpful, committed to doing a good job and all were very easy to work with.
• Our list of items for follow-up attention has been very short and has been actioned by McAdoo and the trades very responsively.

We are most pleased that we chose McAdoo. Both Sean and Sandy were a pleasure to work with and were always accessible – a major benefit. We could not have made a better choice of builder – definitely a "10"
